Following on from a previous work published in 2022, Laura Messina Argenton and Tamara Prest outline in an article published in Gestalt Theory, issue 46, the figures of Alberto Argenton, Paolo Bozzi, Gaetano Kanizsa, and Manfredo Massironi, professors of psychology and artists, whose activities constitute a significant example of continuity between the cultures cultivated in their lives, with primary interest in perception.
Retracing some aspects of their scientific and artistic research, the article seeks to highlight a key value that permeates it and which appears vital to promote: learning to perceive reality.
